Monday, September 25

Paint Norris Purple
Starting on Monday, September 25, help us Paint Norris Purple! Until October 1, we’ll cover the costs of a banner created by your organization in ARTica Studios! Show your organization’s school spirit and help us to spread Purple Pride all week! Banners will be hung in Norris for all of Homecoming Week.

Sunday, October 1

Student Leader Brunch

Join the Homecoming Committee as they share details and highlights for Homecoming Week at this free brunch! Take ideas back to your organization and find out how you can participate all week! Registration>>

Color Roar
2:30 p.m.
Deering Meadow
Paint Deering and your classmates PURPLE (and other colors) at our annual paint-throwing fundraiser! T-shirts, stadium cups, and other giveaways will be provided to all registrants. All proceeds go to support SIGP. Co-sponsored by Student Philanthropy Council. Registration>>

Wednesday, October 4

SAA and Homecoming Committee Pop-Ups
Learn about Northwestern history and interesting information about spots around campus. Giveaways and treats will be provided.

Thursday, October 5

PurplePalooza
12:00-2:00 p.m.
Deering Meadow
Enjoy a carnival atmosphere on Deering Meadow with student DJs and food as we continue our Homecoming celebrations. Games and activities will be provided as will Homecoming giveaways. Co-sponsored by Deering Days.

Friday, October 6

President’s Alumni Medalist Panel: My Northwestern Direction
1:30-3:00 p.m.
McCormick Auditorium – Norris Center
President Morton Schapiro will host a discussion with the 2017 Northwestern Alumni Medal recipients about how Northwestern shaped their lives and careers.

Pep Rally

Deering Meadow
Get pumped up for the Wildcats to beat Penn State at our annual Pep Rally. Coach Fitzgerald, Willie, the Marching Band, and the whole gang will be there and President Schapiro will crown the Homecoming Wildcat!

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the construction on Sheridan Road, we are unable to hold the Homecoming Parade this year. We regret this unavoidable change in the schedule, but hope you will join us for one of the many great events listed above. Contact us with any questions you might have.
